With 23 years’ experience in primary education, and two successful headships under his belt, Nigel Bishop is able to bring a wealth of experience to bear on a wide range of issues that challenge school leaders, class teachers and learning support staff. He has significant expertise in the effective use of the Pupil Premium and also in interpretation of school assessment data, including RAISE.
Steve is an experienced education trainer and consultant who has spent more than 25 years supporting high quality learning and teaching in schools, academies and colleges. He is an expert practitioner, consultant and trainer in school leadership, outstanding learning and teaching, engaging with data and assessment, performance management, behaviour, staff development, coaching and mentoring and the performing arts.
Freja has over twenty years experience in a wide range of special education - teaching children with special needs in mainstream and special schools and training and managing staff. She has a Masters degree in autism. Freja is equally happy working with individual, small groups or large audiences.
Laura has over 15 years working with children and young people with autisim and associated conditions. During this time Laura has been Head Teacher of an Independent School for children with autism, worked as a behaviour management consultant with families, schools, and colleges, and has written accredited training courses on autism. Mark delivered exactly what we asked for: a range of extremely usable differentiation strategies for both more able and for pupils with SEND students. The session was interactive, and, staff from NQTs to experienced teachers, all gained a fresh insight into how to engage students whilst maximising challenge and progress. We were provided with a whole range of practical strategies that we will be able to cherry pick from. The hands on approach meant that all staff were fully engaged throughout.
